last time we did some work on a new project also on microsoft word and it was different it was to show us how if you want to write the same letter to different people and you didnt want to type the whole letter again. so , in order to that you will have to go tools and then go to mail mergel. after that a small window will pop up to show you the steps that you have to do in order to make your letter to the people you want. so for the first step you will have to go to the arrow that they show you next to step one and then after that you click on it small list will pop up so you will have to choose the first one which is create form letter(s). and then you will have to clcik on new main document because you still dont have a new one on the microsoft word yet. then you go to step two which is to get the data or data source. so you click on get data. and then you click on any thing that on the list and then save it. after you're down saving it you open the file and then click edit data source and then you write everything you want to put about the person and then if you want add more people just click add new . after that when you start typing you letter instead of writing the person name you go on the top left corner and click on the button mail merge and you insert everything you want in there that you written about or like the information you put in there about the guy. and that all about mail merge
